From the founder
Stitchmark is a small men's knitwear label — six core pieces, made in a family-run factory near Porto. We sell direct from stitchmark.com and do limited drops.
Trailing 12-month revenue is €640k with a 38% contribution margin. Repeat purchase rate is 41% in 18 months. Our email list (28k) and SMS list (12k waitlist) do most of the work.
I started this with my brother in 2021. He moved to a fund job and I want to return to product work. The brand is healthy but needs a real merchant operator now.
Growth opportunities
- Wholesale (3 boutiques in inbound now)
- Women's line — survey demand strong
- Paid social — barely tested
Risks & considerations
- Single-factory dependency
- FX exposure (USD buyers, EUR cost base)
- Drop-driven revenue is lumpy
