From the founder

DraftLoop helps litigation paralegals draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses by ingesting the matter file and producing a first pass that's already structured the way the firm likes it. We started it after my sister (a paralegal) showed me a 14-hour week she'd spent retyping nearly identical RFPs.

The product is now used by 41 boutique US firms, mostly 2–15 attorneys, on annual plans. Average seat count is 6 and we've held >94% logo retention across the last 12 months. Roughly 70% of usage is in personal injury and employment work.

I'm selling because I'm joining a YC-backed company full-time in the fall and don't want to half-run this. There's a clear, boring opportunity to push into mid-market firms — we keep getting inbound from 30–80 lawyer shops and have been too small to handle it.
